Our role in the pricing process is to develop prospective premium indications, which are inclusive of projected losses and expenses. For admitted carriers, we will provide the necessary actuarial exhibits and certifications to be filed with state departments of insurance.
Our role in the feasibility study process is to provide estimates of the expected losses for the insurer. We will provide an Actuarial Feasibility Report which documents our analysis and conclusions, including 5-year prospective financial statements. We are approved in most captive domiciles, including AL, AZ, DC, DE, HI, KY, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, OR, SC, TN, UT, and Bermuda.
Our role in the reserving process is to assist management by assessing the adequacy of the liabilities carried on the balance sheet of the insurer. We will provide a Statement of Opinion ("SAO"), an Actuarial Opinion Summary ("AOS"), and an Actuarial Report documenting the scope of our analysis, the methods used, significant assumptions, and conclusions.
